Obaid Bokisha, GCOO at e& since 2021, began his career at Etisalat with a telecom degree with distinction, in 1998. He excelled in mobile network planning/optimization within UAE and internationally. Obaid also served on boards for e&’s locally and internationally. He later became Group Chief Procurement Officer, Chief Business and Continuity Officer, and Group Chief Transformation Officer. His journey showcases his telecom expertise and commitment to e&'s growth.

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Etisalat Services Holding, Muammar leads 8 diverse line of businesses for the holding company, making notable transformational changes and repositioning the business in the market to yield high profile collaboration with government and private entities. He also serves as a board member of e-Marine and Emirates National Facilities Management. Muammar hones 26 years of performance excellence with an agile leadership style leading ventures into performance success.
